Martin Solem

"A product has to be useful and realistic to be considered good design."

With this core philosophy in mind, Martin aspires to take an innovative approach when he sets out to create new design projects. Martin was born and raised in the Norwegian seaport Arendal, but has been living and working as cabinet maker in Denmark since 2005. His investigations for new designs are sometimes born from certain shapes or functional observations and synthesized into a wholly new vision.
