Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of the order and the shipping destination. If shipping can't be calculated at checkout because of the order's size, we'll send a shipping invoice to be paid before the order ships.

We ship from our New York showroom whenever possible. Items in stock at the showroom typically ship within 2–4 business days. If an item isn't in stock locally, it ships directly from the manufacturer, which may be located overseas, and typically ships within 1–2 weeks. Delivery times vary by location.

International shipments may be subject to import duties or tariffs. These are the customer's responsibility and are billed by the carrier upon delivery. Not sure where your item will ship from? Contact us before ordering.

Once your order is placed, we'll send an order confirmation, followed by a tracking email when your package ships.
