Since the launch of their first collection in 2011, Frama has embraced an organic and collaborative approach to design; an approach that is equally inspired by the old and the new, by digital technologies and analogue traditions. Frama’s naturalistic, hands-on approach to design and production has allowed the brand to create a unified aesthetic across a growing range of product collections, including: furniture, lighting, home objects, fabrics, apothecary, books, and kitchens.
Here are their best sellers with staff favorites by the multi-disciplinary design brand from Copenhagen.
Apothecary Hand Care Collection
With notes of Sandalwood, Cedarwood, and Ylang Ylang, this signature scent of Frama's comes as a hand wash with a refill and easily portable hand cream tube. Frama presents a sustainable solution to the everyday ritual of washing hands with refills to easily reuse the Italian glass bottles. Their latest product, the Apothecary Hand Cream, is a personal favorite — travel sized and perfect for those on-the-go.
Otto Stoneware Ceramics
The Otto Collection is not only stackable and delicately glazed with a Scandinavian aesthetic, but also dishwasher safe due to the strong materiality of Stoneware.
Adam Stool
The Adam Stool has a special story. Designer and steel smith, Toke Lauridsen, designed the stool in 2010, the year before his son Adam was born. He passed in 2019 with brain cancer. Named after him, the Adam Stool carries his name all around the world. The Adam Stool is a harmony of simplicity and balance with industrial design and mindful materials.
Shelf Library Complete Set H1852
Frama's Shelf Library's greatest strength is how customizable it is. With solid steels screws fastened on oak rails, the configuration of the library is completely up to you. Create your own Shelf Library using the configurator here.
Sutoa
The Sutoa is stand alone piece of sculpture while serving its function as a modern storage chest. With massive drawers in oak and walnut, stacked and almost floating on top of each other, the Sutoa is where function meets simplicity.
